We offer this hunt for those who don’t mind working harder for a trophy animal, and a full curl ram is still missing from their collection. Mouflon hunting in Hungary is one of the most affordable sheep hunting options.
The habitat and the mouflon’s all-time alertness make this hunt challenging, thus the success is highly rewarding for mountain enthusiasts. Hungarian mouflon population is sustainably solid, producing rams with up to 85- 95 cm (33-37 inches) horns in free-range, while trophies under estate conditions can reach the stunning 100+ cm (38-40 inch).
Stalking is the most enjoyable way to hunt mouflon, and we also use high-seats around the most frequented open fields.
Staying in cozy lodges on the mountains during a mouflon trip is a great add to the authentic value. On request, we can also offer a trained staff member to be your cameraman!
